Nah, we didn't talk to Georgia but the good ol' Rooster (aka Mike W.) did. After all, Georgia grew up right down the road a bit from where Mike calls home.
Check it out at his blog/website ...... http://www.catskillscycling.com/
Mike, with his big smile and friendly word, has been a great ambassador for Catskills area cycling scene as well as the general region as a whole. Check out his website from time to time and do not hesitate to drop him a line should you find yourself headed down to the Catskills. He's a wealth of information and he'll get you pointed in the right direction be it a bike shop, a flat route, a fishing hole, a hiking trail, a hilly route, dirt roads and even where to have a post ride meal or your favourite Ommegang recovery beverage.
Thanks for the kind words Greg. These hills are a beautiful secret serious cyclists should be let in on and get familiar with. Just trying to do my part.
